Terms of use

1. Scope and current availability

These terms apply to the public SkillProof website. The paid mobile app is in development. Store buttons marked Coming soon do not place an order, start a subscription or reserve access. Features, availability and pricing will be confirmed before launch.

2. Educational purpose

SkillProof is intended for learning and interview practice. Example questions, scores and feedback on this website illustrate the planned experience. They are not a professional qualification, a certification, a hiring decision or a guarantee of employment. Examples in specialist fields do not replace professional advice.

3. Permitted use and content

You may browse the website for lawful personal or professional information. Do not disrupt the service, bypass security, infringe others' rights or reproduce protected content for redistribution without permission. Rights in the branding, design and question content remain with their respective owners.

4. Purchases and complaints

No SkillProof purchase is currently available on this website. Any future offer will state the price, billing period, access, renewal and cancellation conditions before payment. Applicable consumer rights, including rights concerning faulty digital content and refunds, remain unaffected. Contact [email protected] with SkillProof in the subject for a question or complaint.

5. Responsibility, law and changes

We take reasonable care with the website, but it may be unavailable or contain errors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections or access to courts available in your country of residence. We may update the website and these terms; the current version and date will be shown here. App-specific terms will be available before the app launches.
