2. Managing a store subscription
If you later purchase through the App Store or Google Play, use the same store account to view and manage that purchase. The purchase screen will state any automatic renewal and cancellation conditions. Uninstalling an app does not cancel a subscription. The official store help links below explain the available cancellation steps.
3. Refunds and support
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, store rules and applicable consumer law. Use the appropriate store's refund process or contact [email protected] for help with a SkillProof issue. Do not send full card details. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights or promises that every refund request will be approved.
